This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) serves as an addendum to the agreement between Paola Bianchera and the Customer, outlining specific restrictions on the use of our Services. Violation of this policy will be considered a breach of the agreement.

Compliance with Laws; Harmful Content
Users must refrain from using the Services to violate any governing law or regulation. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in activities such as copyright infringement, distribution of explicit content, harassment, fraud, hacking, and unauthorized use of computing resources. Repeat infringements of intellectual property rights may result in termination of Services.
High-Risk Use
The Services may not be utilized in circumstances where a failure could lead to death or physical injury.
Spam
Responsible usage of the email transmission service is required. Spamming, as defined by applicable regulations, is strictly prohibited. Any violation may lead to immediate account termination. The parties acknowledge that damages for sending spam are challenging to quantify; therefore, a $100 charge per violation is established as a reasonable estimate.
Regulated and Sensitive Information
Users are prohibited from storing or processing sensitive or regulated health and financial information through the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, Protected Health Information (HIPAA), cardholder data (PCI DSS), and other financial details. Paola Bianchera is not liable for any consequences arising from the violation of this restriction.
Overburdening Resources
Users may not disrupt our business operations, impair services to other customers, or excessively burden the network or systems. Prohibited activities include the use of open proxies, Internet Relay Chat, and video streaming. In cases of excessive use, we may suggest a plan adjustment or charge for additional usage. Failure to comply may result in usage restrictions.
Security Requirements
Users must implement reasonable security measures in connection with the Services. Responsibility for the actions of individuals granted access to the Services or content created using the Services lies with the account holder.
By using our Services, you agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy. Paola Bianchera reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the termination of Services, in response to any violation of these terms.
